    Send us your date and event details. We'll confirm availability and reach out personally.

  2. We deliver and set up

    The trailer arrives before your event, cooled, stocked and ready for guests.

  3. We pick up and clean

    After the event we take it away. Nothing for you to do.

Your rental comes ready to go. Every booking includes:

Final pricing depends on your dates, rental length and location, and your quote will spell everything out before you commit. Early inquiries get our founding-client rate for the first season.

What do you need on site?

A level spot with room for the trailer and access for our truck. The trailer carries its own fresh water, so no water hookup is needed. It does need power, so let us know in your inquiry whether there's an outdoor outlet nearby and we'll plan the rest.

How many guests can it handle?

We'll share guest capacity details when our trailer arrives in early 2027. Have a specific guest count in mind? Include it in your inquiry and we'll confirm it's the right fit.

How far do you travel?

We serve Tallahassee and Leon County, plus nearby Florida communities like Quincy, Havana, Midway, Crawfordville, Woodville and Monticello, and South Georgia towns like Thomasville, Cairo, Bainbridge and Quitman. Delivery within 25 miles is included, with a small mileage fee beyond that. Not sure if you're in range? Ask in your inquiry.

Do you stay during the event?

No. Your trailer arrives fully stocked and ready for guests, and we come back for pickup afterward.

What about multi-day events?

Servicing and restocking between days are included. For long-term rentals, a restock service can be added depending on location.

Is it wheelchair accessible?

We're confirming accessibility details for our trailer now and will update this answer before booking opens. If accessibility is important for your event, mention it in your inquiry and we'll talk through options.

Do you rent long-term for job sites?

Yes. We offer monthly rentals with scheduled service for construction and other long-term projects.

What's your deposit and cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable. To cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 72 hours before your event. Rescheduled bookings keep their deposit toward the new date.

Hi, I'm Zaria! 👋

I'm a California-born, Tallahassee-raised business owner, and this city has been home for 18 years.

Canopy Restroom Co. started after one too many events where the bathroom was the thing everyone talked about on the way home. Between the germs, the stifling Florida heat inside a porta-potty, and not even having a mirror to check my look before heading back out, I knew guests deserved better, so I decided to make a difference.

My background is in customer experience and operations, along with a degree in IT and Computer Science, so I care about two things: making sure every customer leaves happy and giving real solutions to real problems. When you book with Canopy, you're working directly with me and my team, from your first message to the final pickup.

When I'm not spending time with my loved ones, working, or picking up a new hobby, I'm dreaming up new ways to serve my community and make the events around Tallahassee even more enjoyable.

Inquiries are delivered to our business email through a form service (FormSubmit). We share details with others only as needed to provide your rental (for example, a venue contact you give us) or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and booking records as long as needed for your rental, our business records and legal requirements.
